Why I chose Animas

I chose Animas because I started out 9th grade at the local high school DHS. I quickly learned that this would not work, often teachers would not listen to me if I tried to get help and a majority of the students started to have issues with me. Transferring to Animas was a life saver. My teachers listen when I need help and don't nag me about things I am not bringing up. At Animas student advocacy is very important, and key to success.
